Terms of purchase of tickets.

The Seller is Skiforeningen - Foreningens til Ski-idrettens Fremme, with key information as mentioned above. The seller is referred to in the following as the seller/seller. The buyer is a consumer who places an order and is hereinafter referred to as the buyer/buyer.  

Price 

The price quoted for the ticket is the total price to be paid by the buyer. This price includes all taxes and additional costs. Additional costs that the seller has not informed the buyer of prior to the purchase shall not be borne by the buyer.  

Conclusion of agreement 

The agreement is binding on both parties when the Buyer has sent its order to the Seller. However, the agreement is not binding if there has been a clerical or typing error in the quotation from the seller in the ordering solution or in the buyer's order, and the other party realized or should have realized that there was such an error.  

Payment options 

The seller can demand payment for the ticket from the time the order is placed. When using an online purchase solution, Vipps or a bank card is used. If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when placing the order. The card will be charged on the same day that the ticket is purchased. 

Delivery 

After purchasing a ticket online, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email together with a QR code. This order confirmation with the QR code is your valid ticket and must be presented on arrival.  

Right of withdrawal 

Pre-purchased tickets are non-refundable.  

The buyer's rights 

If there is a defect in the ticket, the buyer must, within a reasonable time after it was discovered or should have been discovered, notify the seller that they will refer to the defect.Complaints to the seller should be made in writing by email to skimuseet@skiforeningen.no.  

Conflict resolution 

Complaints should be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. section 7. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is unsuccessful, the buyer may contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council can be contacted at 23400500 orwww.forbrukerradet.no. 

Terms of purchase of tickets 

The ticket is only valid until the date of purchase and must be used during regular opening hours. The Ski Association reserves the right to send out the Ski Museum's free newsletter via e-mail. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. 

Personal information 

When you buy tickets, we request personal data from you. We process your personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Skiforeningen may use your personal data to communicate with you via newsletters or purchases you have made with us. We do not pass on personal data to other parties. We have data processing agreements with all our technical suppliers, which ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.

The Secretary General of Skiforeningen is responsible for personal data that is collected. He or she is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are implemented and that any deviations from guidelines and legislation are reported and corrected.
