On the museum's second floor you will find the basic exhibition "Winter Joy". The exhibition covers the rise of outdoor life in the 19th century, the history and development of Holmenkollbakken, the roots of biathlon and our "Wall of Fame". You'll also find the royal family's collection of older ski equipment from Queen Maud and King Haakon's skis, as well as the current king and queen's belongings.
