How to get here
The easiest way to get to Holmenkollen and the Ski Museum is by public transport.
If you are driving and using GPS, the address is Kongeveien 40.
Line 1, the Frognerseter Line, goes almost all the way.
Get off at Holmenkollen station. From there, it is a 10-minute walk.
It's only a few hundred meters, but quite steep. In return, you get a beautiful view, also along the way.
It is entirely possible to get to Holmenkollen by bike. If you choose a regular bike, you'll get a good workout up the slopes. Electric bikes are a very good alternative for those who want a more comfortable journey up. Several of the bike rental shops in central Oslo also rent out electric bikes. It's a great way to see Oslo and the view, and we highly recommend it.

Welcome to the Ski Museum and the Jump TowerOne ticket – two experiences
The Ski Museum in Holmenkollen is located in one of the world's most modern ski jumping facilities. With a unique view of our city, you can step into Norway's skiing history. The Ski Museum celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2023, and the entire museum has been newly renovated. The facade is inspired by old wooden skis and was designed by the well-known architectural firm Snøhetta.
